1. Area of application (General Website Terms and Conditions)
The subject of the general trading conditions is the regulation of the contract terms for all contracts with IFOS GmbH,
department of instruments, in the following IFOS - Instruments mentioned, and the customer of the online shop for string
instruments, that will be closed. In each case the general trading conditions applies to the valid version at the time of
the contract conclusion.
From these conditions deviating regulations apply only in case of written confirmation by IFOS - Instruments. Should one or more
regulations of the contract be invalidate or futile, the validity of the transaction of the remaining regulations is not
affected.

2. Offer and contract conclusion
Concerning price, quantity, delivery date and opportunities our offers are always not-binding and without engagement if they
are not considered expressly as obligatory. The contract comes off only by our confirmation of order. For the purpose of such
general trading conditions the back E-Mail on the order of the customer or the confirmation fax is considered as confirmation
of order. An objection of our confirmation of order must immediately take place, at the latest within 8 days.
The representation of the products in the online shop does not place a legally binding offer, but a request for order. All
offers apply not-binding, as long as the supply is enough, if there is nothing else noted with the products. Mistakes reserve
(Errors excepted).
All data do not place(mean) promise warranty, however described. Illustrations of the products in the shop can diverge from its
actual appearance (colour, size, etc.). Illustrations in the online shop are noncommittal therefore.
By clicking the button “order” in the locking step of the order process you give an obligatory order concerning the goods
contained in the shopping cart.
IFOS - Instruments reserves to itself, not to assume a bid of you, for example, because the ordered commodity is not available,
you didn’t follow (meet, fulfil, comply) your obligation to pay of an earlier order or the order procedure is not feasible for
other reasons. In this case IFOS-instruments informs you about the refusal of the order immediately. With non-availability of
the product produced considerations are immediately refunded. The documents belonging to the offer like pictures, drawings,
tables of contents are without guarantee. Error excepted.
In quotations, pictures, drawings and other documents IFOS - Instruments reserves itself unrestrained proprietary and copyright
utilization rights up to complete payment of your achievements. They may be made accessible towards third only after their
previous written approval.

3. Prices and payment terms
The prices on the product sides contain the legal value added tax of 16 percent and apply ex works or ex stock packaging and
transport extra. The forwarding expenses are depending on the dispatch and the country in which the delivery occurs. You will be
clearly informed about the forwarding expenses before delivery of your obliging order. Please take closer information about the
height of the forwarding expenses from the menu point ‘delivery charges’.
The payment occurs basically by payment in advance
as a bank credit transfer. From the third order registered customers receive the possibility to order on account for purchases
to 200 euros - payment within 14 days on receipt of the product. On late payment we reserve ourselves an interest calculation of
the amount at the rate of 3% of default interests about the bank-usual minimum lending rate.

4. Returns
You can cancel your order within two weeks on receipt of the product by letter, fax or e-mail or by returning the product without
information of reasons. The period begins with receipt of the product and this instruction. To ensure the period of cancellation
it suffice to send the cancellation or to return the product in time. You have to carry the costs of the return if the delivered
product corresponds with the ordered one and if the price of the good to be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or at
the time of the cancellation you have not produced the consideration or a agreed part payment by contract concerning a higher price.
Otherwise the return is exempt from charges for you. Within 30 days after sending your cancellation explanation you have to fulfil
obligations to claim for refund of payments.

5. Procedure of cancellation of contract
In case of an effective cancellation the adduced achievements (benefits) on both sides have to be provided and if necessary
occurred utilisation has to be released. It can be required value substitute if there is a deterioration of the product. The return
can not be accepted concerning goods which are dispensed to customer specification or are tailored especially to the personal needs
of the customer.
Repayment occurs on receipt of the product.

6. Delivery
The delivery of the product occurs to the given shipping address, as far as we didn’t arrange something else. The products are
generally ready for dispatch ex stock, delivery time approx. 1-3 working days.

7. Risk, Performance
The danger devolves to a forwarding agent or carrier handing over the product, at the latest with leaving the stock to the
purchaser, also if freight-free delivery has been agreed. On delivery if the good has brought to the dispatch or has been fetched.
The packaging occurs with high diligence. The dispatch occurs with best judgement of free choice of the transportation company
through us. All goods are insured at the expenses of the customer by IFOS - Instruments basically against break, damage in transit and fire
damages.

8. Retention of title
The delivered product remains the property of the supplier until the complete payment, independent from the expiry of the
cancellation period.

9. Guarantee and Liability
The customer has to give notice to all visible defects immediately on receipt of the delivery. In case of defects of the goods
or in case of the absence of assured qualities IFOS - Instruments is entitled at first to the rectification of defects or to replacement.
After the second failure or with impossibility of rectification of defects or replacement in reasonable time the purchaser is
entitled to require lowering of the price (decrease) or cancellation of the contract (change).
For possible mistakes in sentences and prints we assume no liability. Changes and mistakes reserve.

badge 'order' and 'further'. Please, give then your data. The obligatory data are in boldface type. A registration is necessary.
Your data will transfer encoded. Please check your entries again. Clicking the badge 'order' you conclude the order process.
The process can be cancelled any time closing the window. On the single sides you receive further information, e.g., to see some
more details for correction possibilities.

Contract
The contract is stored on our internal systems. You can look at the general trading conditions any time on this side. The order
data are sent to you by email. For safety reasons the contract is not accessible any more by internet closing the order.

Data confidentiality and protection
According to §28 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) IFOS - Instruments advises that the data necessary within the scope of the
business are processed and are stored by means of an EDP arrangement according to §33 (BDSG). Personal data are treated
confidentially. Without your explicit approval we will ask, store and use your personal data exclusively for the processing of
the order. If necessary we transmit your data only to the service of delivery as well as to the loan institute commissioned with
the payment. In these cases the transmitted data will be limited to the necessary minimum. In case there will be payment in
advance, we will request a creditworthiness to protect our legitimate interests if necessary. Your interests are considered
according to the legal regulations. Any time you are entitled to get free information, correction, blocking and deletion of your
stored data. Please feel free to contact us writing an email to strings@ifos.net or sending us your desire by post or fax. We use
technical and organisational safety measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulations, loss, destruction
or against the access of unjustified persons.
